Rubber Floor Repairs

I could really use some help with Rubber Floor Repairs. I've visited all the rubber floor websites and it seems virtually every restaurant chains logo was represented as a customer. So I'm hoping everyone will reply with some good answers. I've met with salesmen, owners and installers of B&H, W&W, Eco-Grip formally known as Allied for the Oscoda Plastics/ Sure Step/ Protect-All product.I can't get a straight answer why the seams split; Some say the Oscoda product shrinks, some say the installation was bad, That it was done too fast, too slow, with too much heat or too little heat. At the end of the day, I’m told the warranty covers the material, not the installation, so we end up paying, what I think is high for relatively small repairs Does anyone have a good, trustworthy repair provider/ that can warranty his work and be reasonable on the cost?? Softeners & Filtration Leaks

I'm thinking about creating an instructional video on how to place filtration and softeners in bypass. Bypassing equipment is a quick process that will temporarily stop the leak until a technician arrives. There are 4 major types of bypassing and it would be a quick video.Would this be something that would be of interest of you for management training?

Seeking to Learn by Working

Briefly, from my profile, I'm a graduate student who is planning on opening up a traditional New York City diner. I believe the reason that the New York City Dept. of Health is writing so many violations is that restauranteurs are not sufficiently knowledgeable about how to keep their establishments clean, free of pests and critters. I want to learn by working[p][/p] before I open up my own restaurant. I've been working as a Porter/Cleaner in a high-end cafe for almost a year. I'd like to move on and learn more. Perhaps work for a janitorial firm that specializes in restaurant cleaning and maintenance. Any suggestions would be most helpful.

National Service vs. Local Company
